This TVmap® Software release includes a number of time saving updates.
•Home Screen Notifications Quickly see when data was last updated, along with tips to get the most out of TVmap.
•Campaign Manager New Snapshot Compare tab allows you to easily compare holdings from one day to the next.
•Buying Select and adjust discounts across multiple spots on different stations in one hit.
•Reach Curves - Faster with more flexible options for targets.
This document outlines all the changes and provides links to the Help details.

Home Screen Notifications
Data Delivery and Notification Pane Provides a quick summary of data availability, together with last Campaign update time. Hovering over the items shows additional information. |
Buying Module
Multiple spot discount edit
Spot discounts (including bonus) can now be edited across multiple spots/stations. Select all your spots then change the discount.
If financial/confirmed spots are included in the selection, no editing is allowed (existing behaviour).

Discount Totals
Totals are now displayed for booking discounts, along with a total including VID (Total Discounts). Where Buy dates include more than one VID, the largest VID will be displayed.
Reset of default column sorting
A button has been provided in the Spot List and Programme List tabs to restore default column ordering.
Electronic Bookings - Unsent Bookings/ Double ups When closing a buy if there are new spots that have not been sent to a Broadcaster, we now give the option to send them before closing the Buy. When new spots have been sent to the Broadcaster the spot status changes to NewSent to prevent them being re-sent in subsequent Buy sessions and creating a double up of your Buy.

Campaign Manager
Snapshot Comparer – easily confirm your changes
This new tab compares current holdings with previously saved billing information (snapshots). Available snapshot dates for comparison are selected from the dropdown to update the results.
Two views are provided showing like-columns grouped together as shown below, or split into two sections with the latest data on the left of the screen and the comparison on the right. Lists can be sorted or grouped by the status (or any other column) to give a summary of the new/changed spots.
In both views, latest information is labelled with a 1 prefix, while comparison columns are prefixed with a 2. New spots have a green background fill (Coronation Street) , while changed details within an updated row are highlighted in blue font so you can easily view the changes (The Chase duration changed from 30->45) . Deleted spots have a grey background fill ( 1 News at 6PM).

Reach Curves
•Improved performance •Share targets now allow ranges to be entered to provide more flexibility •An optional minimum spot TARP can be specified by channel •Once run, each channel displays the Average Share along with the number of programmes available to book into |

Pre/Post Analysis
Three new fields have been added to Pre/Post Analysis;
▪Priority Code – contains the priority code provided by the billing system for the spot
▪Broadcaster Key Number – contains the key number provided by the Broadcaster in the holdings
▪Position in break – contains the position in break for the spot record from the billing system

Competitive Expenditure
The TV Spot List report now displays Audio Cue and Ad Type which in turn can be filtered.
Ad Types are as follows; Normal, Sponsored Programme Promos, Billboards, Programme Promos & Channel IDs & Mini Programme.

General Updates
Quarter Hour Viewer
The Quarter Hour View now displays PUTs. This makes it easier to see if ratings are influenced by changes in overall viewing or throughout the programme.
Fast Exit
If you have unsaved sessions, TVmap now lets you quickly save specified sessions or save all upon exit.
A popup will display the tabs that can be saved. Click Select All or tick/untick individual tabs, then click Save and Exit.
