Dropped spots due to invalid spot times
This message will come up when you have spots loaded into Pegasus with invalid spot times
Spot times can be updated in Pegasus to a valid time between 06:00 and 30:00. If this is incorrect in the broadcaster holdings, then you will need to contact the broadcaster to address the spot time issue otherwise this will re-occur when the holdings are next updated.
Clicking OK will open Pre Analysis and drop those spots.
Dropped spots due to invalid region data
This message will come up when you have spots loaded into Pegasus but TVmap doesn't know what channel they are for.
Clicking on Show Report will open an Internet Browser window displaying the channel and spot information for the spots dropped.
If the region code needs to be added into TVmap, email a screenshot of the report to support@tvmap.com or call TVmap support on (09) 304 0762
TVmap Support also monitors these logs so you may be contacted for confirmation.
Clicking OK will open Pre/Post Analysis and drop those spots.
Billing System Database not available
An error message can occur when opening Pre/Post Analysis
This is because TVmap supports multiple profiles.
These profiles may have a different billing system databases available to them but can still have access to the same underlying Pre/Post Analysis sessions.
You may need to exit TVmap and switch profiles to access Pre/Post Analysis sessions that were saved under the other profile.
TVmap will display the above message when this situation occurs.
Pegasus password needs resetting or account has expired
Pegasus accounts are maintained by Pegasus or your internal IT Support, if you receive a message advising your Pegasus password needs resetting or your account has expired please contact them to resolve.
Failed to get clients
This message will come up when the userame you have entered is not correct.
User profile will be disabled with next invalid password
This message will come up when the password you have entered is not correct.
If you enter the incorrect password again your account will be disabled.
If you have forgotten your password contact Pegasus and get them to reset it.
.Net data provider not installed
If you receive the following message when opening Pre Analysis the .Net Data Provider has not been installed into iSeries.
Please contact your internal IT Support to organize getting that installed.
Date and Time error running Reach and Frequency
If you receive the following message when trying to run Reach and Frequency in Pre Analysis check the Date, Time and Region settings on your computer.
Date should be set to display as d/MM/yyyy for short date
Time should be set to Auckland, Wellington
Region settings should be set to English (New Zealand)
