Week: Week commencing date of booked spot

Time Slot: The date and duration of the programme the spot is booked in

Spot Details

Demographic - displays the selected demographic.

TARPs - displays the TARPs for a selected spot. Spots that haven't been to air will display the estimated rating. Spots that have been to air will display the actual rating using the spot time from the billing system unless spot matching has been preformed.

CPT - displays the CPT for a selected spot.

Last Rating - displays last

Override Rating - can be used to override the estimated rating on a selected spot for spots that haven't already been to air.

Spot Details

Status - booking status of a selected spot. Will display as booked for spots that haven't been spot matched.

Region - displays the region of the spot.

Duration - displays the duration for the spot. This can modified on schedule payment spots.

Time - will be based on the spot time from the billing system unless spot matching has been preformed.

Position - select a position in break from the drop down list. Is only available for TVNZ 1* and TVNZ 2*.

Spot Pricing

Ratecard - displays the cost of a single spot.

Cost - the net cost, calculated from the ratecard and discounts for a single spot.

Campaign Details

Key Number - displays the key number of a selected spot.

Client - displays the client of a selected spot.

Product - displays the product of a selected spot.

Plan - displays the plan of a selected spot.
