Potential000s is the total number of people in a given geographical area who conform to a specific definition. Population potentials are derived from the latest census figures. The potential thousands shows what the potential number of people viewing (in thousands) could have been.
This is a useful function to compare the actual Average000s received to what the Potential000s was.
The Potential000s function requires the following parameters:
