Cumulative Percent (CumePercent) is the accumulative unique audience as a percentage of the total possible audience. A person will only be counted once no matter how many times they watched during the specified period, this means the higher the CumePercent the larger the audience.
CumePercent is similar to TARPs but only unique viewers are included.
CumePercent is also known as CumeRating.
The CumePercent function requires the following parameters:
Demographic - only one demographic can be specified for the CumePercent function.
DayMask [Optional]
VST [Optional]
TFB [Optional]
TV_Type [Optional]
CumePercent Calculation Explanation Example
CumePercent is calculated by dividing the cumulative audience (Cume000s) by the potential audience (Potential000s). In the example below the Cume000s is 1591.30 and the Potential000s is 2332.82, so 1591.30/2332.82 gives the CumePercent.
Example
Below is an example of the CumePercent function, used to calculate the CumePercent for Prime*, using demographic Females 25-54, week commencing 30/06/2019, for peak time, using weekdays only.
