Holdings is used as an alternative to Pegasus as a billing system.

 

TVmap Holdings provides the ability to import and store holdings information provided by the Broadcasters into the TVmap database.

Holdings can then be evaluated on a pre/post analysis basis allowing the agency to estimate TARPs at both a campaign and spot level detail.

 

 

Once selected a wizard guides you through the process of loading the holdings files.

 

This screen also provides the ability to delete holdings.

 

Select the file to import and TVmap will automatically determine the file source and adjust accordingly.

 

 

Any unassigned codes should be linked to the correct TVmap client or product code. To link a new code simple drag it from Unassigned Broadcaster Codes onto the correct client in the list. Alternatively add the code in manually.  

 

 

To create new clients and products go to Client Maintenance - can also add/change Broadcaster codes here.

 

 

 

TVmap will automatically determine the date range of the spots to be loaded and this can be overridden at load time if required. The cancel button provides the ability to back out of the import until the final load.

 

 

If the Show difference report option is ticked then a difference report will run which will show the changes that are about to be made.

 

Click on finish to close the wizard window. File will be archived for future reference.

 

Once the holdings file(s) are loaded run Pre/Post Analysis module to view the information.
