The eBooking Wizard assists in sending bookings directly to TVNZ.
Broadcaster - the options available are based on the booked spots within the Spot List tab.
This is not a standard email and must only be used for eBooking purposes.
Click Next.
TVNZ Telebook Options
Fill out the eBooking form as follows:
•To - the email address of the TVNZ Sales Executive the booking is to be sent to.
•From Email - contact email address of the person sending the booking.
•From Name - name of the person sending the booking.
•Trading Demographic - select the TVNZ trading demo for this eBooking.
•Advertiser Name - enter the Advertisers name.
•Agency - TVNZ Agency code the eBooking is for. Your TVNZ Sales Executive can provide you with this agency code. It will normally be a 10-digit number.
•TVNZ Product Code - the TVNZ product code appears automatically if entered into Client Maintenance.
This field can also be typed over if incorrect. The code is up to 20 characters long and can be obtained from your TVNZ Sales Executive.
E.g. For Brand Advertising the TVNZ Product Code could be BRAND
•TVNZ Campaign Number - if this is known add it in. This assists TVNZ in quickly processing your request. The code can be obtained from your TVNZ Sales Executive.
•Subject - Up to 60 characters can be entered. This Appears as a comment at TVNZ when the booking is opened.
•Comment - enter a comment if required for the TVNZ Sales executive receiving the booking.
Required fields will be defined with a red box around them. These must be filled out before the eBooking can be sent.
To add a new eBooking contact simply type them into the 'To' field
To remove a contact click the 'trash' icon next to the contact name in the drop down
Once the eBooking details are filled out click Send
Confirmation screen will show the eBooking was submitted successfully
If an error occurs when submitting the eBooking please contact support@tvmap.com
Break Fixing - TVNZ do not electronically accept Break Fixing on initial an initial eBooking requests.
Go Amend is the only practical way to achieve this, after the spot has been booked. And if desired, moved to a more favourable break.
