Open Campaign Manager by selecting the Campaign Manager tile on the TVmap home screen

 

Or by selecting File > New > Campaign Manager

 

 

There are five options All, Pre-Air, On-Air, Post-Air and Completed

 

All: all campaigns

Pre-Air: campaigns that have no yet gone to air

On-Air: campaigns that are currently on air

Post-Air: campaigns that have been to air

Completed: campaigns that have gone to air and are now set to completed

 

There is the option to view All Campaigns or My Campaigns as well as filtering by Clients and Products

 

 

A dashboard provides an evaluation overview displaying how campaigns are performing, as well as campaign performance at an individual level. The dashboard also tracks performance to see over/under achievement.

 

Campaigns are flagged with an overall health indicator:

Orange Flag: One or more High Level goals is outside the allowable range

Yellow Flag: One or more Medium Level goals is outside the allowable range

Green Flag: All High/Med goals are within the allowable range or its a future campaign and no spots are currently available to evaluate performance

Grey Flag: This will only appear if there was an error within the evaluation section - if this happens the campaign should still open but there will be no information displayed under the evaluation section on the dashboard.

 

 

The dashboard will change for each campaign based on the goals selected for the campaign. If no goals are specified then a default set of goals will be monitored as shown below. Split Goals are shown with an icon - clicking on this icon will display further details.

 

 

Goals are ranked in order of highest to lowest level. Modify the level of a goal by clicking on the indicator

..        Med Level Goal

.           Low Level Goal  - used for monitoring but will not affect flagging.

 

 

Change goal requirements by opening the campaign and going to Campaign Requirements.
