Modify Programme Information

Programme information can be modified within the various Buy tabs.  This option is available through the right mouse click menu.

 

 

Modify Cost

The nett cost of a selected programme can be edited by entering a specific value, increasing/decreasing by a specific amount or by a percentage. The cost override does not affect existing spots in your spot list.  

 

 

Modify Name

Edit the Programme name against a selected programme.  Any change to the programme name will also change the programme name on existing spots.

 

 

Modify Rating

Ratings can be overridden by fixed amounts or a percentage adjustment for single or multiple spots.

 

 

If you have a secondary demographic selected in your buy, then when modifying the rating through the Programme Rating Update window you will be promoted which demographic rating to overwrite.

 

 

 

 

Reset Changes

You can right click on a spot and then select to either Reset Cost, Reset Name or Reset Rating back to the original settings.

 

 

 

 

Grid Shortcuts

Grid Shortcuts make it easier to get to the top/bottom/right or left of the screen.

 

Ctrl + Home = go to the first row

Ctrl + Shift + Home = select from current row to the top of the list.

 

Ctrl + End = go to last row

Ctrl + Shift + End = select from the current row to the bottom of the list.

 

Home = Go to first Column

End = Go to Last Column

 

 

View Programme Synopsis

Right click the programme and select View Programme Synopsis.

 

Or click on View and select View Programme Synopsis.

 

Results will be displayed down the left hand side. Selecting a programme will bring up more information in the main screen.

 

Please note: some search results may not yield any programme information.
