Billing System Database not available
An error message can occur when opening Campaign Manager
This is because TVmap supports multiple profiles.
These profiles may have a different billing system databases available to them but can still have access to the same underlying Campaigns.
You may need to exit TVmap and switch profiles to access Campaigns that were saved under the other profile.
