All TVmap modules can be found here for easy opening, including recently saved work.
To open a new module session, select the module heading e.g. Buying. To open a previously saved session, select from the list below the relevant module.
Switch between windows easily by selecting the tab across the top of the screen
The Data Delivery section indicates when the Nielsen data was last processed. It also displays when the billing system last provided TVmap an update for the latest Campaign information.
The Notifications section will include useful tips and tricks as well as any important notifications regarding TVmap.
The Help menu provides a range of useful options
TVmap Help - opens the TVmap User Manual
View Trace Log - opens the local TVmap client trace log file, used for diagnosing and troubleshooting
Restore defaults - clear saved billing system login, clear electronic booking emails, reset week commencing date to standard, resets favourite demographics, removes saved session details for all modules and clears the recent items list on the Home Screen
About - shows the current TVmap version and support contact information
To return to the Home Screen open File > New > Home
To exit TVmap click on File > Exit
If there are unsaved sessions TVmap will prompt to save before exiting. Deselect anything that doesn't need saving.
